Understanding the dashboard
The TychoCare dashboard presents daily activity patterns, alerts and long‑term trends in a simple, human‑centred layout. This guide explains each section and how to interpret the information it provides.
Shows key activity for the last 24 hours, including movement, room usage and any unusual patterns. Ideal for quick check‑ins at the start of a shift.
Alerts highlight significant deviations from routine — such as reduced movement or unusual night‑time activity. Each alert includes context to help responders make informed decisions.
View weekly and monthly trends to understand how routines evolve over time. Useful for identifying gradual changes that may require attention.
Shows activity levels in each room, helping responders understand how the home is being used throughout the day.
Interpreting insights
TychoCare focuses on meaningful patterns rather than raw data. Insights are designed to support responder judgement, not replace it. When reviewing insights, consider:
• Has the person’s routine changed recently? • Are there external factors (visitors, appointments, illness)? • Is this a one‑off change or part of a longer trend?
Responder actions
Responders should follow their organisation’s protocols when acting on insights or alerts. TychoCare provides context — responders provide the human understanding.
