Our principles
Privacy by design
TychoCare is built around strong privacy protections. We collect only the information needed to deliver the service, and we handle all data with care, transparency and respect.
TychoCare uses discreet activity sensing — not cameras or microphones. We avoid collecting identifiable information unless it is essential for service delivery.
We explain what data is collected, how it is used and who can access it. There are no hidden data flows or unexpected uses.
Individuals and service providers can request access, correction or deletion of data in line with UK GDPR requirements.
How we use data
Data collected by TychoCare is used solely to provide insights that support independent living services. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and always logged for accountability.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to deliver the service or meet legal obligations. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, individuals have the right to access, correct, restrict or delete their personal data. Requests can be made through your service provider or directly to TychoSystems.
